The System
How the drop works.
01
Monday — Drop revealed
The pizza and side for the week are announced. Order window opens. We make a fixed number — when they're gone, they're gone.
02
Mon–Sat — Order while available
Order any time during the week. Customize your pizza, choose pickup or delivery. Earlier orders are safer — once we hit the limit, that's it.
03
Saturday — Pickup night
5–9pm pickup window. Delivery within 5 miles. We make exactly what was ordered. One night. It's gone by Sunday.
04
Next Monday — New drop
New cuisine, new pizza, new side. The previous drop never comes back. There are no repeats. Ever.
